Beatriz Craney is an experienced interpreter, a journey that began before she established Craney Interpreting Services in 2012. Her background includes interpreting at venues such as The United Nations, various conferences, and legal cases within the court system. She participates in the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT), where she has been a long-standing sponsor, she was a presenter and serves as the co-chair for their annual conference. Her expertise has led to invitations as a guest speaker for the Staff Interpreters of the Massachusetts Trial Court and for students in the Translation and Interpreting Program at Rutgers University.

Committed to the advancement of interpreter education, Ms. Craney has been teaching Judicial Interpreting at Brookdale Community College for several years and has also contributed to online courses for the renowned De La Mora Institute of Interpretation.

Furthermore, she has organized professional development seminars, and skill-building events for interpreters to enable interpreters to refine their professional skills.

Alexa Bogan has been a cornerstone of Craney Interpreting Services for over nine years, growing with the company and mastering every facet of its operations. Starting as a scheduler, she quickly immersed herself in the business, learning the ins and outs of interpreting coordination, client relations, and team management. Today, as Operations Manager, she oversees the full scope of company functions.

Known for her unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, Alexa ensures that every client receives prompt, reliable, and high-quality support. She is deeply involved in all aspects of the business, from scheduling and logistics to client communication and process improvement, consistently working to deliver efficient solutions tailored to client needs.

Alexa also places great value on the relationships she builds with interpreters. She fosters a collaborative, respectful environment that supports the professionals who make the company’s services possible. Her ability to balance operational demands with genuine human connection is key to the success and continued growth of Craney Interpreting Services.

Tina Buckley joined Craney Interpreting Services just over a year ago and quickly became an integral part of the team. With a background in administrative and scheduling for Jefferson University Hospital and St. Joseph's University Hospital, she brings strong organizational skills and a calm, service-focused approach to every interaction.

Tina plays a key role in managing interpreter assignments, coordinating schedules, and supporting both clients and interpreters with efficiency and professionalism. Her ability to balance fast-paced logistics with a warm, approachable demeanor makes her a valuable asset to the company.

Known for her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, Tina lives by a “service with a smile” philosophy, building strong relationships and making every client and interpreter feel supported.
